The data which has been searched for by the visitor appears on the screen of their computer after the server responds to the request by the browser. So the real truth of the matter is that the website actually visits us instead of us visiting the website.
So any requests in relation to the IP address of your website should be dealt with immediately by your web hosts server as it should be ready and always online waiting. But it is likely that every single web host will experience downtime at one time or another. Your data can be viewed by anyone around the world by using your IP address.
